How does the ordering process work?
Design
Send us whatever you have - a professionally designed .ai file or a few sentences about your idea. Our design team will check it out and we’ll let you know how “print-ready” Design fees can vary. More than 75% of our orders do not require a design fee. Please send layered vector .ai or .psd files exported at 300dpi whenever possible. Design fees will always be communicated prior to finalizing a project/invoicing.
Specialty Printing
Specialty inks such as puff, glow-in-the-dark, glitter, etc will incur an additional fee
For gradient (ombre, fade) prints please inquire
For sizes 2XL + $1.50; for 3XL + $2.50; for 4XL + $3.50
For 3+ Print Locations add $25 per each additional location
Old Eastern Ink Shop is not responsible for the sizing, colors, or quality of your chosen blank items
We are happy to order blank item samples for you. Cost of blank items is non-refundable
Ordering
We chat about your design. You pick your favorite apparel item (we can offer suggestions and have certain samples in our shop if you’d like to come check things out first hand). We finalize quantity and cost, send an invoice, and then start bringing your ideas to life!
Payment
We accept all major credit cards via Square, Venmo, and checks
Full payment is required to begin your order and reserve printing time on our schedule
If you require a special deposit schedule please inquire
6% Maryland Sales Tax applied to every order unless a Maryland Resale Certificate or Tax Exempt Certificate
